Chai shared her Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tuna dish with her 2000+ followers to much approval. Below, we outline the recipe she shared. You can use the same to remake and enjoy this dish.

Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tuna Low-Carb Delight

Ingredients

  • Bell Peppers (two)
  • Cans of Bumble Bee Tuna in Water (two)
  • Stalks Celery (two)
  • 1/3 cup of Mayo
  • Salt
  • Scotch bonnet powder
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Cheese of choice

Directions

  1. Cut Bell peppers in half and de-seed (remove the seeds)
  2. Pre-cook bell peppers – 10 mins at 350 F
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients: tuna(drained), celery, dijon mustard, mayo, olive oil, salt & pepper
  4. Scoop mixed tuna into bell peppers and top with cheese
  5. Bake for 5-7 mins or until cheese has melted.

This recipe promises to be the perfect balance between the spicy and the sweet. Best of all there is very little reason to worry about carbs and the calories that go with them. Best of all, this meal will take a total of approximately 15 minutes to prepare.
