visuEats Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your visuEats account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or install the app to read these instructions or start a request.

How to request account deletion

Email your request
Send an email to support@visuEats.com with the subject “visuEats Account Deletion Request.” When possible, send it from the email address registered to your account.

Identify your account
Include your full name and the email address or phone number connected to your visuEats account. Do not send your password, one-time code, card number, banking details, or other authentication credentials.

Complete verification
visuEats will review the request and may reply with additional steps needed to verify that you control the account. Verification information will only be requested when necessary to protect your account.

Receive confirmation
visuEats will notify you at your contact email after reviewing the verified request and will explain the outcome, including whether any information must be retained.

What happens to your data

After visuEats verifies and reviews your request, the following applies:

Your account and personal data are deleted
We remove your account, profile, preferences, and other personal information associated with your account.
Limited records may be retained
We may keep certain transaction, payment, or communication records when required by tax, accounting, or other laws, or when needed to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Anonymous information may be retained
We may keep information that has been completely anonymized and can no longer identify you for research and to improve the visuEats platform.

Before you submit your request

Sending an email begins the request; it does not delete your account immediately. Once your verified request is completed, account deletion cannot be undone. Some limited records may still be retained as described above.
